Terms and conditions of participation
By participating in the competition mode, the participant accepts the applicable conditions of participation under German law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all legal disputes arising from or in connection with these conditions of participation or this promotion is Leverkusen.
The platform Kicktipp offers the opportunity to take part in the prediction game for the Bundesliga season 2024/25 free of charge. Participants can predict all Bundesliga matches.
To take part in the competition, the participant must register with a chosen user name and an email address. Bayer 04 members should register with the e-mail address that corresponds to the e-mail address linked with the Bayer 04 membership.
Participation in the competition is free of charge.
Bayer 04 employees, employees of the agencies involved in the promotion and their respective relatives are excluded from participation and distribution of prices.
The winners (matchday winners, autumn champion and overall ranking) will be notified by email and requested to contact Bayer 04 by personal message. If the winner does not contact Bayer 04 within 3 days after notification, the claim to the prize will be forfeited.
Competition mode / prizes
The legal process is excluded.
Each participant may only register with one account to take part in the competition. It is strictly forbidden to use multiple email addresses or multiple names to increase the chances of winning.
A cash payment of the prize value or an exchange of the prize is excluded. Claims to prizes are non-transferable. Entitlement to the prize is also lost if the winner does not provide Bayer 04 with complete and accurate address details. Prizes are distributed exclusively to members of Bayer 04 Leverkusen. We reserve the right to make changes to the prizes in their specific form. There is no entitlement to the award of a prize.
Bayer 04 accepts no liability whatsoever for the prizes provided as part of the competition, their freedom from defects or any damage arising from their use or claim.
Bayer 04 accepts no liability for interruptions and non availability of the competition due to technical faults and failures.
Matchday winners
For every Bundesliga matchday, the respective matchday winner will receive a Bayer 04 jersey of the 2024/25 season as a prize, subject to availability. The winner is the participant who has scored the most points according to the rules of the prediction game. In the event of a tie, the lot decides.
Prizes are only distributed to Bayer 04 members. If the matchday winner is not a Bayer 04 member, he/she is not entitled to the prize. Instead, the prize will be distributed to the participant who, as a member of Bayer 04, achieved the highest number of points on the respective match day.
The matchday winner will be announced in the prediction game forum after each matchday. Bayer 04 will then contact the matchday winner by email. Bayer 04 also reserves the right to communicate the winners via its own communication channels (e.g. homepage, newsletter). The prize will be sent by post to the specified residential address.
Autumn champion
The autumn champion of the prediction game is the participant who, from the 1st to 17th matchday of the Bundesliga season 2024/25, including the bonus questions submitted before the start of the game, scored the highest score according to the point rules of the prediction game. In the event of a tie, the lot decides.
Prizes are only distributed to Bayer 04 members. If the overall winner is not a Bayer 04 member, he/she is not entitled to the prize. Instead, the prize will be distributed to the participant who, as a member of Bayer 04, has achieved the highest total number of points.
Overall winners
The overall winner of the prediction game is the participant who, from the 1st to 34th matchday of the Bundesliga season 2024/25, including the bonus questions submitted before the start of the game, scored the highest score according to the point rules of the prediction game. In the event of a tie, the lot decides.
Prizes are only distributed to Bayer 04 members. If the overall winner is not a Bayer 04 member, he/she is not entitled to the prize. Instead, the prize will be distributed to the participant who, as a member of Bayer 04, has achieved the highest total number of points.
The three best participants receive the following prizes:
1st Place: 1x2 VIP tickets for a Bundesliga home game of the Werkself selected by Bayer 04 in the 2025/26 season
2nd Place: 1x signed Bayer 04 jersey of the current season
3rd Place: 1x two items from the current club collection & a voucher card worth €25
If it is not possible to visit the stadium in the 2025/26 season, an equivalent price will be selected.
The overall winner and the second and third place finishers will be announced in the prediction game forum after the end of the Bundesliga season. Bayer 04 will then contact the winners by email. Bayer 04 also reserves the right to communicate the winner via its own communication channels (e.g. homepage, newsletter).
Predicition duel against "Kies"
Before the start of each Bundesliga matchday, 2 participants are announced via the news forum, who are selected for a prediction duel with "Kies" for the current matchday. Each of the 2 participants - if they score more points than "Kies" on the selected matchday - will automatically be entered into a draw at the end of the season, in which a current Bayer 04 jersey will be raffled off from all the winners of the prediction duel.
The winners of the prediction duels will be announced in the prediction game forum after each matchday (if applicable). Bayer 04 will then contact the winners by email. Bayer 04 also reserves the right to communicate the winners via its own communication channels (e.g. homepage, newsletter). The prize will be sent by post to the specified residential address.

Exclusion from participation
Bayer 04 reserves the right to remove participants from the prediction game who have not participated in the prediction game for five or more matchdays in a row by submitting the prediction.
The game manager reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition for an important reason and to reclaim prizes, in particular if there is legitimate suspicion or evidence of incorrect information, use of unauthorized aids, manipulation, violation of these conditions of participation or other unauthorized actions. Participants shall indemnify Bayer 04 against all claims by third parties in connection with participation in the competition.
Participants who, in the context of participation in the competition, make statements or carry out actions which, in the opinion of Bayer 04, violate applicable laws, morality or the rules of good taste, in particular statements or actions glorifying violence, pornographic or politically incorrect statements or actions, or make statements or carry out actions which damage the reputation of Bayer 04, may be excluded from participation in the competition at any time.
Bayer 04 reserves the right to exclude and prosecute offensive, racist or otherwise inappropriate user names.
Bayer 04 reserves the right to change or terminate the promotion at any given time without prior notice and without stating reasons. Bayer 04 shall make use of this option in particular if proper implementation of the promotion cannot be guaranteed for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons. If such a termination is culpably caused by the conduct of a participant, Bayer 04 may demand compensation from this person for the damage incurred.
Bayer 04 shall be liable in accordance with the statutory provisions insofar as claims for damages are asserted which are based on intent or gross negligence. Insofar as Bayer 04 is not charged with intentional breach of contract, the liability for damages shall be limited to the foreseeable, typically occurring damage. Bayer 04 shall be liable in accordance with the statutory provisions if it culpably breaches a material contractual obligation. In this case, too, the liability for damages shall be limited to the foreseeable, typically occurring damage. Liability for culpable injury to life, limb or health shall remain unaffected. This also applies to mandatory liability under the Product Liability Act. Any further liability for damages than previously provided for is excluded - regardless of the legal nature of the asserted claim. Insofar as the liability for damages against Bayer 04 is excluded or limited, this shall also apply with regard to the personal liability for damages of its employees, workers, staff, representatives and agents.
